About the Job :

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Business Development Manager to drive new business initiatives and engage with potential partners in the Custom Manufacturing sector.

The successful candidate will represent two business units : one in Lexington, KY, and one in Sidney, OH. Strong communication skills and a focus on building relationships in the fields of Metal Fabrication, Welding, and Machining are essential.

Responsibilities :

  • Identify and pursue partnership opportunities aligned with our Manufacturing Capabilities in Metal Fabrication, Welding, and Machining
  • Develop and nurture new relationships to expand business opportunities
  • Maintain and grow existing business accounts
  • Strategically plan and execute projects to ensure alignment with our capabilities and success

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-4 years of industry-related business development experience in Custom Manufacturing, specifically in Metal Fabrication, Welding, and Machining
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of successful development strategies
  • Focused, goal-oriented, and able to think critically
  • Mechanical aptitude is a plus
