The Housing Authority of the City of Shreveport (HACS) provides quality affordable housing to low-income families and individuals through the effective and efficient administration of housing assistance programs.

Job Description

Job Duties :

  • Coordinate all external and internal training, including new employees.
  • They will also ensure SOPs and SOSs are developed and adhered to.
  • Responsible for monitoring department file integrity and accountability
  • Conduct business analysis to identify and document business processes, requirements, and objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather relevant information.
  • Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Develop and implement strategies for process improvement, including recommending changes to workflows, procedures, and technologies.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, discuss findings, and present recommendations.
  • Create detailed documentation, such as process maps, flowcharts, and business requirements documents.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Provide support and guidance to project teams during the implementation of process improvement initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business process analysis.

Qualifications

Skills :

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex business processes and systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to identify issues, propose solutions, and implement changes.
  • Proficient in using various business analysis tools and techniques.
  • Experience in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Knowledge of change management principles and techniques.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
