Job Title : Business Execution Consultant 3
Location : Open to candidates in Dallas, Des Moines, Charlotte, and Atlanta
Duration : 6+ Months Contract
Job Summary : We are seeking a Business Execution Specialist with a strong background in implementation and strategic planning.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in incident management and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Incident Triage and Analysis : Monitor and assess incoming incident reports to determine severity and impact. Conduct initial analysis to identify potential root causes and impact on operations.
- Incident Response and Resolution : Respond promptly to incidents according to established protocols. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents efficiently.
- Documentation and Reporting : Maintain detailed records of incidents, actions taken, and resolutions. Generate reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Escalation and Coordination : Escalate incidents as necessary and collaborate with senior management for complex or critical incidents.
- Preventive Measures : Develop and implement measures to mitigate future incidents and contribute to process improvements.
- Training and Knowledge Sharing : Stay updated with best practices and assist in developing training materials.
Required Qualifications :
- 4+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning.
- Demonstrated experience through work, consulting, military experience, or education.
- Skills in Incident Management including triage, response, documentation, and escalation .
- Proven ability to cultivate professional networks and foster collaborative relationships.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
- Adept at fostering relationships and adapting communication styles to diverse audiences.
