Employment Type : Full-Time (Weekday & Weekend Shifts)
Pay : Up to $25 / hr - Uncapped earning potential (including base, profit share, and tips)!

What You'll Be Doing :
- Customer Service : Build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service.
- Teamwork : Drive to local residences and businesses with your truck team to remove unwanted items.
- Physical Activity : Lift and remove items (ability to repeatedly lift more than 50lbs).
- Positive Energy : Bring your strong work ethic and positive attitude to every job.
Qualifications :
- Great Attitude : A positive mindset and eagerness to help others.
- Age & License : 21+ years of age with a valid driver's license.
- Team Player : Enjoy meeting and helping people every day.
- Goal-Oriented : Driven and motivated to achieve goals.
- Physical Fitness : Not afraid of hard physical work and able to lift 50lbs repeatedly.
- Effective Communicator : Clear and confident communication skills.
- Experience : Previous customer service, driving, and general labor experience is helpful but not required.
