EssentialREsponsibilities andduties
Theperson in this role will work closely with Ryan White public healthteams to do thefollowing :
Configuremonitor maintain and finetune CAREWare databases while ensuringhigh levels of data availability working as part of the UF CARESteam.
Analyze data andcreate reports for program management of RW Parts A C and Dincluding quality management measures in adherence with grantreporting requirements.
Maintaindatabase integrity identifying opportunities for systemimprovements correcting data issues and demonstrating thoroughknowledge of system components andcapabilities.
Optimizeworkflow enhance service delivery and ensure compliance withfederal requirements including ensuring a quality HRSA RSR process.
Collaborate withIT and program staff to ensure seamless integration with variousdatasystems.
Providetechnical support to CAREWare users (mostly RW programsubrecipients).
Serve as theprimary point of contract between software users and ITdepartments.
Facilitatecommunication to resolve technical issuespromptly.
Gather feedbackfrom users to improve processes and relay information to otherteams.
Investigate andresolve data reporting and system inconsistencies as they occur incoordination with programstaff.
Meet regularlywith the staff and management to discuss data issues andstatus.
Providecomprehensive training to health care staff and programadministrators.
Create trainingmaterials user guides and instructional videos specific to RWprograms.
Accuratelymaintain records regarding training effectiveness of software anddata collectionefforts.
Implementsecurity measures to safeguard the databases from unauthorizedaccess orbreaches.
Stay current onprogram guidelines industry trends and healthcare technologyadvancements.
Requirements
Bachelor sdegree in Healthcare Administration Information Technology PublicHealth Nursing or a relatedfield.
Minimum of 3years in healthcare IT Information Technology DatabaseAdministration Public Health Nursing or a relatedfield.
Strongunderstanding of HIV / AIDS care treatment and programmanagement.
Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills.
Proficient intraining and instructionaldesign.
Technicalaptitude and critical thinkingskills.
Ability to workindependently and as part of ateam.
Strongorganizational and time managementskills.
Benefits
Wagecompensation for this position is between $70000 to $105000 peryear depending upon factors such as qualifications experience skilllevels technical competencies overtime worked and other criteria.
