This is a Remote opportunity. This position requires the candidate to be able to obtain a Public Trust. This position is for a Future New Business Opportunity.

Position Overview :
Koniag Government Services is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to support the US Department of State through dynamic and fast-paced development and management of the Global Public Affairs web assets.
The goal of this position is to coordinate high-level activities to move content from one website design to another in an orderly fashion coordinating all activities to create a seamless transition.
Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to :
- Migrate a website from one theme to another instance by coordinating and planning all activities with stakeholders and establishing strong deadlines.
- Combine project planning and content editing while pulling resources across engineering, testing, operations, and users to understand what occurs with each migration and streamline the processes for future migrations.
- Assist IT Team in maintenance and updating of .gov website.
- Ensure strong status communication and coordination among all key stakeholders.
Required Skills / Experience :
- Experience working with WordPress websites and migrating content to new themes.
- Strong project management skills with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in preparing documents and status reports.
- Experience with UI / UX tools and design.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team of developers and communication professionals.
- Coordinate and participate in quality assurance of the site.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust.
Desired Skills / Experience :
- Project Planning with Microsoft Project and Agile tools such as Jira.
- Website migration background including customer outreach.
- UI / UX experience using graphic tools.
- Social Media Experience.
- Agile experience.
- User Training experience.
- Testing experience.
Experience level :
- 3 years Project Management Experience.
- 2 years Website Experience.
- 2 years 508 compliance experience.
Working Environment & Conditions :
This job operates in a professional office environment with a noise level that is mostly low to moderate. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
The position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position, and requires the incumbent to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
The workload may require sitting for extended periods. The incumbent must be able to read, perform simple math calculations, and withstand moderate amounts of stress.
The incumbent must occasionally lift and / or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
