SYSTEMTEC seeks an IT Support Technician - Tier II for a contract opportunity on-site in Winter Haven, FL. Ideal candidate would have experience receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and resolving hardware and software issues working through a ticketing system.
US citizen or Green Card holders only. No third parties or C2C.
Responsibilities of the IT Support Technician - Tier II :
Knowledge of basic computer hardware, including PCs, printers, scanners
Experience with desktop and server operating systems (Windows 7, Server 2008 / 2012)
Installing and upgrading software, installing anti-virus, installing hardware, implementing file backups, and configuring systems and applications.
Extensive application support.
Requirements of the IT Support Technician - Tier II :
2-5 years of support experience
Experience working within a ticketing system
Experience resolving software and hardware related issues
High-level professionalism and clear communication skills
Work Location : On-Site in Winter Haven, FL.
