Are you a seasoned engineer with a passion for optimizing product lifecycles and driving operational excellence? We're seeking a dynamic Product Lifecycle Engineering Lead to join our innovative team and make a significant impact on our product development and manufacturing processes.
About the Role
As our Product Lifecycle Engineering Lead, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our products maintain their competitive edge throughout their entire lifecycle. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements, streamline processes, and elevate our products' quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle support, from concept to retirement
- Drive product and manufacturing process improvements
- Optimize product design for cost-effectiveness and manufacturability
- Reduce mean time to resolution (MTTR) and align with production KPIs
- Serve as the technical expert for product-related questions across departments
- Coordinate multi-site product modifications and implementations
- Deliver product training to internal stakeholders
- Contribute to product roadmaps and prepare for new R&D project releases
- Manage engineering change orders and their impact on operations
