The Kyocera Fleet Service Software Specialist is responsible for the administration of all Strategic Accounts on KFS. Primary area of focus will be on the initial installation of KFS on the end user's network as well as the ongoing work to ensure all devices are active and reporting.

Responsibilities :

  • Interface with the Customer IT department to develop plan to install KFS and reconnect KFS if necessary.
  • Communicate with Servicing Dealers / Subsidiaries to ensure KFS is installed during initial installation.
  • Work with Strategic Accounts Contracts Team to identify delinquent meters.
  • Actively monitor KFS for offline Devices.
  • Resolve all KFS connection issues related to strategic account MIF.
  • Review monthly missing meter report and work towards resolution per key accounts.
  • Work with Sales during the onboard process to ensure smooth deployment of KFS on each new machine installed.
  • Maintain user database to confirm the fleet remains active and up to date.
  • Proactively update firmware on all devices on KFS.
  • Improve the meter collection and reporting process.
  • Assist the service team with network related inquiries.

Qualifications : Required :

Required :

  • 2 Years Experience with information technology, computer networking, and / or software implementation.
  • Proficiency in MS office and strong computer skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Must be detailed-oriented.
  • Must have excellent communication skills and positive attitude when collaborating with customers.
  • Works well with others in team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency with the English language is required.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Physical requirements : sitting and working with computer, bending, filing, and light lifting.

Preferred :

  • A+ and / or Net+ Certified or equivalent certification.
  • Experience in the document solutions industry.
