Objective
The Vice President of Convenience Retail is a senior sales leadership position responsible for managing and directing all chain-related sales efforts for CANarchy breweries across all markets.
Provides leadership and strategic insight into the growth plans, pricing initiatives and marketing tie-ins.
Essential Responsibilities
- Provides leadership for team of Region Directors, National Account Managers and Key Account Managers.
- Responsible for the development and growth of Canarchy business in Key National and Regional Chain Accounts.
- Manages relationships with key buyers, decision-makers and support personnel throughout the assigned chain account base.
- Maintains consistent communication and call frequency with the assigned chain account decision-makers.
- Works closely with the Regional Directors, field sales team and distributor network within the assigned territory to ensure alignment of priorities, clear communication of objectives and consistent execution at retail.
- Works collaboratively with CANarchy Sales Ops team on pricing and production planning to ensure consistent execution of chain-related initiatives.
Additional Responsibilities

Requirements :
Required Knowledge, Skills, and
- Proficient use of VIP, IRI, Armadillo, Lilypad and PowerPoint
- Proficient in business / beer math
- Effective communicator and leader
- Effective presentation skills.
- Responsible decision making
Physical & Mental Requirements
Must have the physical and mental strength and endurance to be able to perform duties, in at times extreme environments, as well as the ability to handle stressors of the position in operational and administrative situations.
Required to frequently lift and move 10-50 pounds. Expected to stand, sit, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, talk, hear, taste, smell, see, and operate objects, tools, and controls
