As the Director of Operations you will lead with purpose managing supply chain efficiencies refining inventory control and optimizing our responsive backoffice support operations.

THE REAL WORK
1. Supply Chain Optimization : Drive endtoend supply chain performance aligning resources and managing costs. Develop strategies to anticipate demand and optimize inventory levels.
2. Onsite Support Operations Management : Lead onsite backoffice and customer support operations actively engaging with team members and addressing customer needs in realtime.
Promote productivity and exceptional service standards through handson oversight.
3. Process Standardization : Establish and continuously improve SOPs maintaining regulatory standards and consistent quality.
4. Collaborative Alignment : Engage with departments to ensure crossfunctional goals are met through seamless communication.
5. Performance & Metrics Insigh t : Track KPIs presenting insights and actionable recommendations.
6. Onsite Leadership Developmen t : Foster a highperforming team through present accountable leadership. Be consistently available to support professional growth ensuring team members feel valued and empowered.
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor s in Business Supply Chain or related field; Master s preferred.
5 years in operations focusing on supply chain and support services.
Proven analytical skills and datadriven approach.
Demonstrated onsite leadership experience in a SaaS or tech environment.
