A Brief Overview :
NorthShore University HealthSystem (NorthShore), the principal academic affiliate of the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine, seeks an exceptional, fellowship-trained in Sleep Medicine, Head & Neck Surgeon to join the Department of Surgery, Division of Otolaryngology Head & Neck Surgery.
What you will do :
- The physician will provide sleep surgery and general ENT care
- Improve sleep surgery patient volume
- Expand our geographic footprint
- Other duties will include teaching and supervision of trainees and students, and scholarly activity
What you will need :
- IL Medical License active and in good standing or pending
- IL DEA License
- Certification : BC / BE by the American Board of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery
- Experience : Fellowship trained in Sleep Medicine
