Job Details
seeking a skilled General Construction Project Manager to join our team. You will oversee all phases of the building process, making sure the project is completed on time and within scope and budget.
This role works closely with architects and engineers to develop plans, establish timelines, and calculate labor and material costs.
Our ideal candidate will be an effective problem-solver who loves motivating people and thrives on achievement.
Qualifications and Job scope :
Candidates should have 5-7 years of project management experience being well versed in estimating, negotiate subcontracts, manage costs, and maintain relationships
In-depth knowledge of the construction industry and entire building process, including building codes, blueprints, permits, construction equipment, material resources, construction processes, and project management principles
Superb leadership capability, organizational skills, time-management abilities, and communication skills
Proficiency in construction project management software
Develops and adheres to the budget, timeline, and quality control plan.
Writes and submits testing and inspection logs, quality assurance reports, and punch lists.
Ensures that all local, state, and national building codes and regulations and safety precautions are followed.
Excellence in building rapport and creating a team environment where all those with project responsibilities work well together
