JOBSUMMARY
SynchroGrid is looking for adynamic Human Resources Generalist who will manage a wide range ofresponsibilities covering all aspects of daytoday HR processes.
AsSynchroGrid is experiencing a high growth phase this role will beexpected to adapt to the specific needs of the organization.
Flexibility multitasking and effective communication skills are keyto successfully operating in this actively growingenvironment.
Thisrole will be onsite and based in our BryanTexas office.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handledaytoday HR activities such as benefits administration payrollpreparation and processing professional development programadministration maintaining employee records tracking PTO andmanaging personnelfiles.
- Workwith our immigration attorney to complete immigration applicationsandpaperwork.
- Coordinateonboarding process for new employees including running allbackground checks processing paperwork coordinating orientationschedules and setting up HRaccounts.
- Coordinateoffboarding process for exitingemployees.
- Facilitatethe scheduling and processing of annual employee reviews.
- Overseeall recruiting efforts including posting job descriptions onrelevant platforms screening resumes scheduling interviewspreparing and sending offer letters sourcing potential candidateson recruiting platforms communicating with business managers todetermine current job needs assisting with reference checksetc.
- Maintaindatabase of candidate records including active and passiveprospects hired and fired employees and otherdesignations.
- Attendcareer fairs and manage all logistics for travel booth set upcoordinating team members in attendanceetc.
- Developrelationships with engineering universities to connect withpotential new graduates and futurecandidates.
- Researchstrategies for attracting acquiring and retainingtalent.
- Researchand stay informed about relevant employment laws andregulations.
- EnsureHR policies procedures and practices adhere to legal requirementsincluding recordkeeping minimum wage and leaveentitlements.
- Recognizeemployee achievements administer the employee loyalty awardsprogram and solicit feedback through informal conversations orsurveys.
- Workwith the office administration team to plan the annual companyretreat.
- Beaccessible to employees address their concerns and provide guidanceon adhering to company policies andprocedures.
- Researchand leverage HR technology solutions that are suitable forSynchroGrid’sneeds.
- Otherduties asassigned.
REQUIREDEDUCATION &EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’sDegree in Human Resources Management or related fieldrequired.
- Minimumof 1 year of experience in Human ResourcesManagement.
- Knowledgeof HR regulations and compliance preferred.
- Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite (Word PowerPointExcel).
- Abilityto travel when required.
