Citibank, N.A. seeks an Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst for its Sioux Falls, South Dakota location.

Responsibilities

• Develop software that satisfies business requirements using mainframe processing languages such as COBOL, CICS, JCL, DB2, and VSAM.
• Gather and analyze business requirements to ensure completeness and understanding of business expectations.
• Write software design documents detailing required modifications.
• Maintain and support mainframe applications to ensure continuous operation and efficient resource use.
• Coordinate installation of application software changes.
• Perform code reviews and debug COBOL software.
• Assist with user acceptance and unit testing, modify source code, and resolve defects.
• Provide on-call support for production issues and incident resolution.
• Participate in project conceptualization and sizing activities.
• Collaborate with business users and IT teams to define project requirements.

A hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance, in accordance with Citi policies.
