An established and growing diesel shop is seeking an organized, effective Lead Hand for a Diesel Truck Mechanic job in Kansas City MO.
The Lead hand Truck Technician position offers :
$32.00 $45.00 / hour to start. Benefits include :

Schedule
Afternoon Shift, Monday Thursday; 3 : 30 pm 1 : 30 am
Requirements
- Provide excellent mentorship and adherence to tasks for those under supervision
- Knowledgeable in Diesel Truck manufacturers from Freightliner, Kenworth, Peterbilt, International, Western Star, Mercedes Benz, Hino, Isuzu, etc.
- Experience with Cummins, Caterpillar, Detroit Diesel, International, etc. engine is ideal
- Scheduling, updating reports
- Parts ordering and stock awareness
- Lead by example with repairs
- Fill in for senior staff when required
- Valid CDL Class A or ability to secure within 90 days
