Overview of the Social Media Marketing Specialist role :
- Brand products on social media
- Use social media to expand client base
- Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements
- Brainstorm and develop new ideas for marketing
- Assist with customer questions and concerns, including overseas customers
- Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns
Qualifications of the Social Media Marketing Specialist :
- Proven experience as marketing specialist or similar role
- Demonstrable experience in social media ( Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) and marketing sales
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Well-organized and detail oriented
