Responsibilities
- Answer and direct callers as appropriate
- Conduct timely follow-ups to address client inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional products to existing clients.
- Facilitate policy changes and updates based on client requests.
- Process and follow up on claims to resolution
Requirement
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint will be helpful
- Experience using a agency management systems to organize and manage client information.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Collaborative and supportive team member who fosters a positive work environment.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Polite, courteous, and professional phone manner.
