Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct callers as appropriate
  • Conduct timely follow-ups to address client inquiries and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional products to existing clients.
  • Facilitate policy changes and updates based on client requests.
  • Process and follow up on claims to resolution

Requirement

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint will be helpful
  • Experience using a agency management systems to organize and manage client information.
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Collaborative and supportive team member who fosters a positive work environment.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Polite, courteous, and professional phone manner.
