Responsibilities
- Contributes to the development of parts of a project under the direct supervision of Project Leadership
- Exhibits initiative, process innovation, problem solving, and decision quality with a high attention to precision and accuracy at a task-specific level
- Effectively communicates internally through timely and appropriate written, oral, and visual means
- Demonstrates a basic understanding of building materials, systems, specifications, codes, details and construction techniques
- Effectively uses appropriate tools to design and document at all project phases (diagrams, 3D models, drawings, renderings and physical models)
- Manages time and workload to meet project task deadlines and commitments with frequent interaction and direction from Project Leadership
Qualifications
- 1-5 years of experience in an architecture design firm
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, advanced degree in Architecture preferred
- Licensure is a plus
- LEED GA, LEED AP, and additional certifications are encouraged
- Demonstrated passion for design thinking
- Outstanding teamwork capabilities and excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding graphic presentation skills
- Excellent knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and Bluebeam is essential
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Prior construction experience is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with the final offer amount dependent on skills, education, experience, is $65,000 $75,000 annually for San Francisco, CA, and surrounding areas.
