AA Medical is seeking an experienced Information Systems Project Manager to join our high-growth, technology-driven medical devices company.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our NetSuite ERP system and leading integration projects for newly acquired companies through M&A activities.

This position requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills, expertise in NetSuite ERP, and experience in the medical devices industry.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage end-to-end NetSuite ERP projects, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Oversee project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure project objectives are met.
• Drive the integration of acquired companies’ systems and processes into the existing NetSuite ERP environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and ensure seamless integration.
• Manage data migration, system configuration, and user training for acquired entities.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the functionality and efficiency of the NetSuite ERP system.
• Implement best practices and process improvements to optimize system performance.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to customize and upgrade the system as needed.
• Act as the primary liaison between the IT department, business units, and external partners.
• Communicate project status, issues, and risks to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment of project goals with the company’s strategic objectives.
• Ensure all projects and integrations comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, reports, and technical specifications.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess project success and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the medical devices industry.
• Proven experience with NetSuite ERP system implementation and optimization.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
• Willingness to travel as needed to support integration activities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
