Randstad Staffing is seeking motivated and experienced candidates with CNC Programming experience for a client in Delaware County, PA!

Multiple Shifts available : 1st, 2nd, and 3rd

Job Description :

As a CNC Machinist Programmer, you will be responsible for creating, modifying, and optimizing CNC programs to ensure efficient and accurate machining operations.

You will work closely with the engineering and production teams to produce precision parts and components.

Responsibilities :

• Develop CNC programs for milling and turning machines using CAD / CAM software.
• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documents.
• Select appropriate tools, materials, and cutting parameters for each job.
• Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure parts meet design specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machine operation and programming.
• Optimize machining processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Maintain and update CNC programs and documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers, machinists, and other team members to achieve production goals.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in CNC machining or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CNC Machinist Programmer.
• Proficiency in CAD / CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
• Strong knowledge of G-code and M-code programming.
• Experience with a variety of CNC machines (e.g., mills, lathes, routers).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong understanding of machining processes, tools, and materials.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
