Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
- Licensed Professional Engineer in the Commonwealth of Virginia or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Minimum of 10 years of related experience
- VDOT Hydraulics and Erosion Sediment Control design experience
- Hydrologic and hydraulic stream analysis experience, including scour analysis
- Stormwater management design and plan experience
- FEMA FIS Flood Study CLOMR / LOMR experience
- Permit drawings experience
- Knowledge of various Hydraulic Engineering Circulars (HEC's)
