- Be a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance and support on HR matters, including compliance with municipal HR laws, policies, and procedures.
- Leverage data-driven insights and collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement, help develop strategies that will skyrocket our department KPIs, making a tangible impact on our organization's success.
