Summary :
This role involves leading all aspects of the supply chain acquisition process from proposal through program execution. The candidate will manage cross-functional relationships, develop strategic supplier partnerships, and drive process improvements while ensuring program goals such as on-time delivery, quality, and cost-effectiveness are met.
Additionally, the role requires leadership of a diverse team of supply chain professionals.

Responsibilities :
- Lead the supply chain acquisition process from proposal to program execution, ensuring cost, schedule, and technical objectives are met.
- Analyze markets and align strategic sourcing with business goals.
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with suppliers to achieve program goals.
- Monitor and assess project issues, develop resolutions, and report on status, budgets, and forecasts.
- Lead and develop a diverse team of supply chain professionals.
- Execute supply chain improvement projects and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and agreements.
- Ensure compliance with FAR / DFARS regulations and manage departmental budgets.
Skills / Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree with 12 years of relevant experience or Graduate Degree with 10 years of experience; alternatively, 16 years of experience without a degree.
- Expertise in managing complex subcontracts and leading supply chain teams.
- Experience with contract types including FFP, FPIF, T&M, and Cost-Plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite and familiar with Lean Six Sigma.
- Strong communication skills, leadership experience, and familiarity with FAR / DFARS.
- Clearance : TS / SCI or DoD Secret clearance preferred but not required.
