Hours : Monday-Friday
Compensation : $50,000-$80,000 salary range + commission
Requirements : 1 year of relevant Service Advisor experience is highly preferred

Responsibilities of the position may include :
1 : Greeting customers and scheduling service appointments
2 : Recording customer vehicle concerns
3 : Writing repair orders and descriptions of problems and repairs
4 : Translating customer repair concerns to technicians
5 : Explaining repairs to the customer
6 : Estimating the cost and time needed for the repairs
7 : Selling necessary parts and service
8 : Handling customer complaints
9 : Closing repair orders
