Night Auditor

Compensation : $23.80 per hour NW Portland's only all-suites boutique hotel is hiring for a Full Time Night Auditor! This position is a Full-Time Night Audit, 40 hours per week.

Shifts are 10pm to 8am Tuesdays through Fridays with one hour paid lunch (which must be taken on-site). We are looking for an outgoing individual who loves Portland and is excited to share the ins and outs of our beautiful city with our guests.

This individual must also be self-motivated as these shifts require working independently. The Inn @ Northrup Station is an independent hotel located in the eclectic Nob Hill District.

Duties : Responsible for nightly audit processing (balancing the day's transactions) Collection and processing of credit card payments Email guest folios Deliver additional blankets, pillows, toiletries, etc.

upon guest request Disbursement of fliers, notices, and marketing material Mail out invoices to direct bill accounts Set up the rooftop terrace at the start of each day (open umbrellas, set up seating, put out patio seat cushions, etc.

Set up breakfast in the lobby at 6am, accept and store daily breakfast deliveries Enter guest reservations over the phone Reply promptly to guest inquiries via email Prepare daily room assignment / housekeeping reports for morning opening staff Check guests in and out Assist guests with directions, restaurant reservations, boarding passes, etc.

Quality Control - keep common areas tidy, maintain overall organization and cleanliness of shared office workspace, etc.

Learn how to use hotel PMS (knowledge of RoomMaster is a plus!) Follow through with directives and any additional projects from the supervisor as needed Knowledge of Portland area restaurants, attractions, events, and venues is a plus! Qualifications : Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and be flexible to cover holidays, vacations, and sick time for other employees.
