A company is looking for an Associate Business Systems Consultant (Remote) to evaluate and optimize business processes and systems.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct detailed analyses of existing business systems to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvementCollaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and assist in translating them into functional requirementsOversee the testing of new systems and provide training and support to end-users post-implementationRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree with 6 years of experience;
Master's Degree with 5 years; or PhD with no experienceProven track record of effective project leadership and positive resultsExperience working with cross-functional business teams in a large organization is a plusWork experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry is beneficialFamiliarity with cloud and SaaS technologies such as Microsoft Azure, Salesforce, and PowerBI is advantageous
