Supports the Sr HRIS and Payroll Manager and other leaders through research and analysis. Accountable for data integrity and reporting of the global HRIS system.

Responsibilities

• Convert existing reports to Cognos Analytics and automate delivery of reports.
• Run routine daily / weekly / monthly reports and distribute as appropriate after validating results; create ad hoc reports and workforce analytics for users as needed.
• Primary support to the Benefits department for Open Enrollment and weekly / monthly files.
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities and recommend / implement solutions / corrections for HRIS related matters.
• Provide technical assistance to Human Resources and payroll staff to ensure data integrity including, identification and correction of data errors, resolution of data entry problems, etc.
• Assist with training Human Resources personnel and creating / maintaining documentation and tools for proper data entry.
• Responsible for pre-release tests (trial runs) on new systems, enhancements, etc., to ensure optimal functionality of system data.
• Responsible for data entry and data integrity for US employees and oversee data entry and data integrity of foreign employees into the HRIS system.
• Responsible for government required reporting including management and accuracy of reported data content.
• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
• Filter and clean data by reviewing reports, printouts and performance indicators to locate and correct data problems / discrepancies.
• Provide support in other areas of HR as needed (e.g. special projects and vacation cover).

Qualifications

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE MINIMUMS :

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE PREFERRED :

• Advanced Excel skills required
• Access Database skills required
• Experience in Cognos reporting preferred
• Knowledge of UKG System preferred
• Knowledge of SQR reporting preferred
• Knowledge of SAP general ledger preferred
