The NCR Voyix Restaurant tech business is investing heavily in product innovation to maintain its leadership position in the market! Technology is central to helping restaurants manage their operations, grow their revenue, and drive engagement with their customers.
NCR’s restaurant business is transforming and we need strong program management to help us drive transformation. Our market-leading product portfolio includes point of sale, e-commerce, back-office solutions, data and analytics products, consumer engagement and marketing everything that’s needed to run a restaurant end-to-end.
The Program Manager, Restaurant Products, role is part of the product management and sales engineering group in the restaurant business unit at NCR Voyix.
This mission critical employee will drive go-to-market launches for our newest, cutting-edge products and will directly impact company revenue and customer satisfaction.
They will bring together cross-functional stakeholders across the company to collaborate and drive successful product launches.
Additionally, they will manage similar-cross functional teams during other key moments in a product’s lifecycle management (e.
g. re-branding, end-of -life, etc).
POSITION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY :
- Act as a change agent throughout the organization to effectively and expediently bring products to market or manage products through other lifecycle phases
- Refine and crystallize effective product lifecycle management processes
- Drive strategic programs and initiatives under the product segment, while building long-term relationships across the business and organization
- Develop project schedules, identify stakeholder dependencies, and manage risk in delivering programs within discussed timelines across various threads under the program.
Drive business coherence across various programs
- Drive overall program execution unblocking roadblocks, handling issues independently, and ensuring transparent reporting of progress to leadership
- Drive the governance framework to support communication, risk management and executive dashboard report of the program / project.
It is critical to understand and build the necessary KPIs for the dashboards that align with the business outcome
- Build positive relationships and trust over time through on-time delivery of commitments, high quality, great communication, continuous innovation, and by exceeding expectations
- Develop scalable tools, processes, and services to optimize performance, while improving execution velocity and efficiency.
Bring order and identify what needs to get done in an ambiguous, fluid environment
- Be obsessed with finding efficient solutions and making things simpler

BASIC REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE :
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 10 years of experience in program management and leading projects
- Experience managing projects and communicating across teams and levels
- Experience in the technology industry
- Experience using the following tools : Tableau, Salesforce, Smartsheet
- The intellect and energy to excel in a complex, ever changing environment, coupled with the poise and ability to act calmly in high pressure environments
- Possess a blend of technical and business savvy that includes big picture vision and the drive to make that vision a reality
- Track record of using quantitative and qualitative data to prioritize and make decisions
