ESSENTIALFUNCTIONS :

Other dutiesmay be assigned. The essential functions include :
- Conducts home-based and on-site individual, conjoint, group family therapy sessions under supervision of the clinical supervisor
- Documents therapy sessions based upon DMH regulations
- Attends training sessions and staff meetings with program / clinical supervisors
- Responsible for assessment, treatment and follow-up
- Directly implements program protocols and guarantees that procedures are consistent with protocols
- Other duties as required
EDUCATIONAND EXPERIENCE
- Master's Degree in a Social Service-related field
- Registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) and valid BBS number in good standing required
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required
- Previous experience working with severely and emotionally disturbed children and community mental health preferred
- Working knowledge of DMH programming a plus
- Experience working with underrepresented and diverse communities preferred
- Valid California driver's license, driving record, and personal vehicle insurance acceptable to Hillsides' insurance carrier
