Responsibilities
Sales & New Business Development :
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and outbound calls.
Present and explain insurance products to prospective clients, assessing their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Conduct follow-up calls and emails to nurture potential leads and close sales.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
Experience & Education :
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales in a professional environment, preferably within insurance or a related industry.
Prior experience in insurance sales or customer service is preferred.
Insurance license (or willingness to obtain one) is required.
Strong understanding of various insurance products (auto, home, life, business, etc.).
Skills & Competencies :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proven ability to meet sales targets and work independently with minimal supervision.
Customer-oriented with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with insurance management software is a plus.
Personal Qualities :
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Team player with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with tact and professionalism.
