Join our team as an Installer / Account Manager , where you’ll blend technical expertise with exceptional client service, managing installations and ensuring every customer gets the perfect window treatment solution.

Bird's Eye View of the Role : As our Installer / Account Manager , you’ll be responsible for performing in-home installations, repairs, and consultations in your territory.

You’ll manage the entire process from initial consultation to final installation making sure every client is satisfied with the outcome.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working both independently and with a team, combining technical skills with client interaction to deliver quality results.

Our Offer : Competitive Pay : Base salary starting at $50,000, plus commissions. Earnings Potential : First-year projected earnings up to $65,000.

Time Off : 2 weeks of PTO, 7 sick days, and 6 paid holidays annually. Travel Perks : Company-provided vehicle for territory travel, plus mileage reimbursement.

Comprehensive Training : Paid 2-week training in Dallas, TX (all expenses covered), with ongoing professional development.

Career Growth : Opportunities for advancement within our expanding franchise. Flexible Schedule : Choose Monday-Friday 9 AM - 5 PM or Tuesday-Saturday 9 AM - 5 PM, with occasional Saturday availability for appointments.

Who We’re Looking For : Problem Solver : Whether you have prior installation experience or are eager to learn, you’re ready to troubleshoot and tackle technical challenges.

Customer-Focused : You excel at providing tailored solutions and long-term client satisfaction, especially with high-end customers.

Adaptable : You can follow established procedures but also think on your feet to handle any changes in the field. Strong Communicator : You’re comfortable guiding clients through the process, offering expert advice and ensuring smooth communication.

Independent & Team-Oriented : Able to work autonomously while contributing to a supportive, collaborative environment. Enthusiastic and Growth-Oriented : You’re driven to learn, grow, and expand your technical and customer service skills.

A Day in the Life : Perform installations and repairs of window treatments in homes within a 45-mile radius. Offer expert recommendations on the best window treatments to meet client needs.

Utilize advanced technology for accurate measurements and flawless installations. Maintain high-quality standards, ensuring that installations exceed client expectations.

Manage the installation process from product delivery through completion, ensuring a seamless experience. Track and manage product orders using CRM software, keeping accurate records.

Follow up with clients post-installation to ensure satisfaction and address any needs. Travel to client consultations within your territory in a company-provided vehicle.

Qualifications : Hands-on experience in installation, carpentry, or a similar field is valued! Priority will be given to candidates with experience in customer service or account management.

Sales experience is valued but not paramount. Must have a clean and valid PA driver’s license and a place to park our company van.
