McCraw Logistics, a FedEx Ground Contractor, is urgently hiring full-time delivery drivers. Drivers will operate out of the Durham, NC, terminal and will make deliveries in the surrounding areas.
No CDL is required, but experience with FedEx, Amazon, UPS, or DHL is a plus.
Pay :
$150-180 / day based on experience and stop count
PLUS THRESHOLD BONUSES (this will be discussed at interview)
Work Schedule :
Mon-Sat, & Sun During Peak Season
Work Hours- Full time is 6 days per week,
which will include Saturday from 8 : 00 am to completion (completion is usually around 5pm).
Saturday & Sunday IS REQUIRED during Peak Season but you will be offered 1 day off Mon-Friday

Delivery Driver Requirements :
Clean Motor Vehicle Record
Applicants must be 21 years of age or older
1 year of job-related driving experience preferred ...*but not required*
Uber / door dash, construction, landscaping medical transport, etc)
Background check required
Must complete a DOT physical and Drug Screen (FedEx pays for this)
Physically able to handle up to 150lbs (with assistance of a dolly)
This is a physical job and requires that the delivery driver gets in and out of the truck repeatedly and deliver 80-250 stops per day
Delivery Driver Responsibilities :
- Arrive at FedEx terminal to pick up vehicle and packages
- Must conduct pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections
- Loading and Unloading packages from the truck
- Delivering packages to the correct destination
- Accurately scanning and logging packages with scanner integrity
