Position Overview : We are seeking a versatile and experienced Safety Training Instructor to provide onsite training for our clients.
The role involves delivering a wide range of safety training courses, ensuring that clients receive expert instruction tailored to their needs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various safety disciplines and the ability to effectively engage and instruct diverse groups.
Key Responsibilities :
- First Aid, CPR & AED, and BLS Provider Courses : Deliver comprehensive training on basic and advanced life-saving techniques.
- Stop the Bleed Training : Provide critical instruction on bleeding control techniques and emergency response.
- Flagger Training : Teach safe traffic control methods and flagging procedures.
- Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) Training : Instruct on proper traffic management and safety practices for construction zones.
- Active Shooter Training : Conduct preparedness and response training for active shooter situations.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Safety Training Instructor or in a similar role, with a background in the courses listed.
- Current certifications in First Aid, CPR & AED, BLS Provider, Stop the Bleed, Flagger Training, and Maintenance of Traffic (MOT).
Certification in Active Shooter Training is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and instruct diverse groups.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to varying training needs and schedules.
