Our client, a well-established law firm with offices in the Brickell area, is seeking a Senior Paralegal with strong litigation experience to join their growing practice.
This position requires a candidate with expertise in managing personal injury cases. The firm offers a professional working environment, paid insurance, and paid time off.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage personal injury cases from inception through trial
- Assist attorneys with the preparation and filing of legal documents
- Conduct legal research and gather pertinent information
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Organize and maintain case files and records
- Prepare for and assist during trials
Qualifications :
- High School diploma required; higher education within the legal field is highly desired
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in personal injury litigation
- Excellent communication skills with professional presentation and demeanor
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
