- Research, and analyze data such as customer design proposal, specifications, and manuals to determine feasibility of design or application.
- Provide support for generating technical information for sales.- Provides support for mechanical design of products / heat transfer systems such as chilled water, air / water cooled refrigerant, and fluid pump systems.
- 3D CAD design / modeling basics.- ISO 9001 knowledge preferred . - Designs test control apparatus and equipment and develops methods and procedures for testing products or systems.
- Provides appropriate documentation and support to ensure that manufacturing and operational testing conform to functional specifications, customer requirements, and NEC / UL code requirements.
- Review products to confirm that they are designed and manufactured in accordance with the National Electric Code, UL1995, unit listing reports, and other applicable standards.
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering - 3 years of experience in performing mechanical engineering duties. - Experienced in commercial AC or related field.
- Experience in manufacturing environment. - HVAC experience required. - Thermal experience preferred.
