The Project Manager is the central contact point for all project and campaign work that flows through the agency. The project and campaign work includes current media across the board- Digital, Web, Print and Social, TV, Radio, OOH.

Once the Account Team has opened a job or briefed the team on a new project, the Project Manager (PM) will confirm and enforce the scheduled timeline.

Working with the Creative and Account Departments, the PM will confirm assigned team required to complete the steps of the job.

The PM monitors the life of each job at all stages to assure that all work will be completed by key dates and within the scheduled deadlines.

As needed, the PM will work with Account Team to adjust job deadlines and manage expectations while still meeting the Clients needs.

The PM reviews daily workloads with the Account and Creative teams and adjusts assignments as needed making sure that the appropriate staff is used utilized and workloads are evenly maintained.

The PM makes sure each creative team member knows the assignments that they need to complete and the due dates; and also keeps in contact daily with all departments regarding current deadline status and any issues that may need client or agency attention.

The PM acts as the mediator between all Account Service members and Creative to establish and re-evaluate priorities.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage project timelines holding all team members accountable to key dates
  • Check in daily with all team members to review assignment status and due dates
  • Fact-find on behalf of the Creative team to confirm current product specs and descriptions
  • Update weekly Creative WIP spreadsheet as needed weekly Creative Director meeting
  • Manage routing and approval process for all media
  • Review all creative as final check before it goes into production
  • Manage feedback from the Account team
  • Attend all Creative briefings
  • Attend all Creative reviews and take notes on feedback
  • Attend all internal status meetings
  • Maintain that the DAMS is current and up to date for all media.
  • Enforce the use of routing and project management tools to maintain standardized workflow

Requirements :

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Teams / SharePoint experience ideal
  • NetSuite experience ideal
  • Previous project management systems and software use / expertise
  • High level of Organizational and Negotiating Skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at various stages simultaneously
  • General Knowledge of Creative terminology
  • 3+ years previous PM experience ideally in an agency setting
