Our client in Miami Florida, is actively seeking a passionate Legal Recruiting Assistant to join their vibrant team! As the Legal Recruiting Assistant , you'll be instrumental in the onboarding process for new hires, acting as their primary liaison and guaranteeing a smooth integration into the team.
This role will encompass various HR administrative responsibilities.
Legal Recruiting Assistant Responsibilities :
- Perform HR administrative duties surrounding scheduling interviews for recruiters
- Assist in coordinating onboarding and orientation for new hires
- Plan and execute events
- Maintain employee paper files and data enter employee changes into HRIS
Legal Recruiting Assistant Requirements :
- 2+ years of experience working in an HR position
- Proficient in data management and Excel skills
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
