The Opportunity :
We are looking for a Part-Time Member Service Representative in our Southgate Branch to join our family here at Zeal Credit Union.
If you have the qualifications listed below, this Member Service Representative - Southgate position might be just right for you :
- At least 6 months of Customer Service Experience
- Passion for helping others-truly enjoys working with, for and around people!
- Enjoys problem solving and taking initiative to deliver a solution to our member(s).
- Excellent Communication Skills
- High Attention to Detail
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous financial institution experience
- Previous sales and cash-handling experience
Essential Functions of the Member Service Representative / Teller :
- Balance teller drawer
- Provide members with information on additional products and services to meet their financial needs
- Maintain knowledge of Zeal Credit Union policies and procedures
Schedule :
Monday : 9 : 30am-4 : 00pm, Wednesday : 11 : 30am-4 : 30pm, Thursday : 11 : 30am-4 : 30pm, Friday : 9 : 00am-6 : 15pm, Saturday : 8 : 45am-1 : 15pm
