About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager or Associate Director, Financial Planning & Analysis to join our dynamic Worldwide Finance team.

This role will report to the Global Director of FP&A and provide core financial planning and analysis support to various areas of the company, acting as a key business partner involved with budgeting, forecasting, and the analysis / interpretation of financial results.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Financial Planning & Analysis :
  • Develop, analyze, and interpret financial information to assess performance against budget, forecast, and prior periods.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and commentary.
  • Partner with business unit leaders to develop and manage budgets and forecasts.
  • Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting.
  • Business Partnering :
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Market / Regional Finance Teams, Real Estate, business unit leaders, markets, regions, and People Team) on items ranging from compensation, total rewards planning, and our real estate footprint.
  • Assist the Global Head of FP&A to explore a range of business questions, ultimately helping the company to achieve its financial and operational goals, through data and sophisticated analysis.
  • Present financial information and insights to various executive stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Special Projects :
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and analyses as needed, including M&A due diligence, process improvements, and system implementations.

Desired Skills and Experiences :

  • Essential :
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 5-8+ years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, macros, and complex formulas).
  • Experience with FP&A systems (e.g., Power BI, Hyperion, Anaplan).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to a non-financial audience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ethical foundation and commitment to accuracy and integrity.
  • Desirable :
  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.
  • Experience in the advertising, marketing, or media industry.
  • Familiarity with accounting principles (US GAAP or IFRS).

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.

Pay Range

$75,000 - $180,000 USD
