Marketplace Operations Specialist

A company is looking for a Marketplace Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Manage product catalog operations across Amazon and other marketplaces, ensuring accurate listings and ongoing optimization

Troubleshoot and resolve catalog issues, minimizing downtime and revenue risk

Monitor compliance and account health, escalating issues proactively to protect seller performance

Qualifications

1-3 years in e-commerce operations, preferably with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central experience

Familiarity with catalog management and marketplace operations

Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; experience with analytics or reporting tools is a plus

A proactive mindset with a focus on improving processes

Experience coordinating with media teams on retail readiness and catalog dependencies is preferred
