POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Apply a variety of techniques to elicit and gather business and user requirements from diverse group of stakeholders
- Maintaining and supporting SuccessFactors BIZX, LMS and Security Modules as well as other various HR applications
- Exhibit technical experience with SuccessFactors, SAP ECC and integrations with a focus on Learning Mgmt. System and Authorizations
- Experience with PMP, Integration Center, familiarity with SF API / OData Dictionary a plus
- Manage incidents, problems and change requests related to HR applications, collaborate with the clients and documenting resolution information
- Provide recommendations on process and system improvements
- Creating and / or updating SuccessFactors Compensation configuration and business process procedures documentation
- Participate in creation of the test strategy and test plans. Ensure traceability of requirements back to business need
- Participate in rotational on call 24*7 support
- Assist with creating user guides and training
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- University Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Science, Commerce / Business Administration or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of Business Analysis within SuccessFactors (BIZX, LMS) and SAP environment
- Excellent understanding of Success Factors platform design, architecture and release processes
- Expertise in facilitation, negotiation, gaining consensus and managing conflict of diverse stakeholder groups
- Knowledge of railway operations and processes an asset
