Accounting Clerk
A-OX Welding Supply located in Sioux Falls, SD has a career opportunity for an Accounting Clerk to join our team! Enjoy working in our accounting department updating customers files, generating monthly billing statements, provide excellent service to customers and staff.

What you do!
- Prepare, post, verify and bill out invoices to customers for payment
- Proactively calling customers to collect on past due accounts
- Answer phone calls from our multiple locations, and customers
- Assist in preparing monthly billing statements
- Utilize our company software as needed.
- Maintain and update customer files, including opening new customer accounts,.
- Copy, file and retrieve material for accounts receivable as needed
- Relay changes of information to the appropriate employees
- Perform duties with proficiency in MS Office Software
What you need!
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Google suite or related software
- Accounting Knowledge and experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail
- Experience and accuracy working with numbers.
- Ability to operate related office equipment, such as phones, comupters, 10-key, calculator, and copiers.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast paced environment
- Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers & co-workers
