The position participates in the RCCB Finance Rotational Program. This program provides exposure to different facets of finance, fostering a comprehensive understanding of the organization through opportunities in General Ledger, Cost Accounting, FP&A, and other Finance areas (i.
e. pricing, AR / AP, Technology, Automation & Reporting, etc.). As a participant, you'll navigate through diverse roles at all levels within our organization, gaining invaluable insights and skills crucial for success in the finance landscape.

Position Responsibilities :
- The Accounting Supervisor will manage financial packages, general ledger tasks, and project initiatives to drive business impact while fostering an environment of accelerated learning and development
- As an Accounting Supervisor, you will oversee staff accountants, manage accounts payable functions, collaborate with the Accounting Manager on both day-to-day and strategic finance initiatives, and implement and identify training opportunities for new and current team members
- You will perform in-depth business analysis to identify and implement process improvements within the accounting function
- You will lead and mentor a team of staff accountants, oversee the analysis of monthly variances, forecasts, and budget cycles, and effectively communicate key findings to senior stakeholders
- You will manage high-priority initiatives for the accounting manager, including strategic projects for senior management and ad-hoc assignments to advance and support business objectives
- Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience :
Bachelor's Degree with 4 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma / General Education Diploma (GED) and 7 plus years of specific experience and 1 to 2 plus years of supervisory experience
Preferred Education and Experience :
Master's Degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
