Company Overview : We are a growing construction and welding company that focuses on Commercial Canopy Structures and welding services.
Position Overview : The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion.
They must possess a strong understanding of construction principles and techniques, as well as commercial and steel manufacturing practices.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the construction project.
- Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure that project meets standards.
- Collaborate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the project.
- Monitor progress of the project and address any issues that arise.
- Ensure project is completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in construction management.
- Familiarity with Facade, Canopy, and Structural Steel.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Familiarity with welding and steel fabrication is a plus.
- Experience with Exterior construction is a plus.
- Experience with Commercial construction is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
