Position Overview :

The Account Manager will play a key role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for client service, a strong understanding of print solutions, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Client Relationship Management : Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, providing exceptional service and support to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Sales Growth : Identify opportunities to grow accounts by offering additional services, solutions, and products that meet client needs.
  • Communication : Work closely with internal teams (e.g., production, design, and sales) to manage project timelines and ensure clear communication with clients at all stages.
  • Problem Solving : Proactively address client concerns, troubleshoot issues, and manage expectations to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Reporting & Analysis : Provide regular updates to management on client account status, sales growth, and potential areas for development.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience as an account manager, preferably in the printing, marketing, or related industries.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Familiarity with print production processes and technologies is a plus.
