How You'll Make an Impact :
As a member of ABC’s Lawn Maintenance team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining beautiful landscapes for our customers.
Your work will enhance the appearance of lawns and gardens, ensuring our clients enjoy lush, well-manicured outdoor spaces.
Seeking a detail oriented individual who is disciplined, diligent and sincere. This individual is cooperative - willing to learn and apply specialized technical knowledge to help maintain the customers’ lawn and outdoor space with professionalism and excellent customer service.

Requirements
What You'll Bring :
- Precise, consistent work output is essential requiring patience and a willingness to handle and complete one task at a time.
- Ability to deliver quality work on a consistent basis.
- Accountability and a strong work ethic.
- Previous lawn maintenance experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize workload, work under pressure, and maintain good composure.
- Experience working with routes, service stops, and meeting deadlines of your service route.
- Dependable and self-motivated with a desire to work year-round.
- English speaking is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work inside and / or outside for long periods, sometimes in extreme temperatures.

What You'll Do :
- Ensure mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, cleaning beds, and all other lawn maintenance work is done in a professional manner.
- Prepare equipment and supplies needed for the workday, i.e., trash bags, brooms, rakes, lawn tools, ice, etc., and load them in the truck and trailer.
- Learn and use all equipment efficiently and safely as directed by the Crew Leader.
- Become familiar with customers’ expectations and service contracts.
- Maintain a professional attitude at all times with customers, fellow employees, and supervisors.
