CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS TESTING TECHNICIAN New Cumberland & Central PA The CMT Technician inspects the contractors' work and performs field soil and concrete material testing to verify the work is performed in accordance with project specifications.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Perform field materials testing of soil, asphalt, masonry and concrete Prepare detailed and accurate field reports on a daily basis Report to Project Managers, CMT Supervisors, contractors regarding construction issues Update Supervisor on progress and delays on every project Responsible for the safe use and maintenance of individually assigned company vehicle and field equipment Must follow and enforce all safety standards
