We have openings for Customer Service & Sales Support Representatives who can be part of our expanding team.

No prior experience is needed—just a genuine desire to help others and a positive attitude!   Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist potential customers by answering questions about insurance products and helping them choose the right coverage.
  • Handle inbound inquiries only—no cold calling!
  • Speak with individuals who have already expressed interest in learning more about our policies.
  • Support applicants step-by-step through the enrollment process to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Educate clients on policy options, benefits, and coverage details.
  • Follow up with potential customers to provide additional information and support.

Work closely with licensed agents to help finalize insurance plans.   Qualifications :

  • A strong communicator who enjoys talking to people and building relationships.
  • Someone with a motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
  • An individual who is coachable and eager to learn.
  • We provide all the training, but a willingness to grow is essential.
  • Insurance license is a plus, but not required—if needed, we’ll guide you through the licensing process.
