What You’ll Do This position is focused on supporting existing account business and opening new accounts within a selected geography.

Success in this role is defined by achieving defined quarterly objectives. Driving our complete portfolio is a key strategy and metric in this role.

Develop deep knowledge of product portfolio and competitive neurovascular landscape Support account management (training, case coverage, relationship management) for existing accounts and new account launches.

Support new product launches to optimize product performance and drive adoption Responsible for meeting objectives on assigned geography on a quarterly basis Develop strong relationships and physician advocates within accounts through clinical knowledge of procedures and products Help drive depth and increased product utilization across our portfolio in existing accounts Collaborate with marketing to help drive product collateral and programs Understand basic anatomy of neurovascular cases and articulate intricacies of complex cases Conduct account management activities such as inventory counts, product support, etc.

With sales leaders, develop and manage a call plan for the week / quarter Involved in broader project assignments outlined by sales management, including but not limited to communications, training, meeting leadership, marketing projects, etc.

Responsible for delivering sales presentations that focus on Imperative Care product features and benefits Conduct in-services and presentations to all support staff (including floor, RN’s and techs) and sign off physicians and staff once completely trained on product prep and deployment.

  • Demonstrate outstanding product knowledge Where applicable, assist in the management of complications at assigned accounts Support the maintenance and improved product technique optimization of all trained users at assigned accounts Proactively communicate on a daily basis with sales team members;
  • provide regular updates on competitive, clinical, and customer situations Maintain company standards involving ethical and moral character while professionally representing the company Complete administrative requirements (including expenses) in a timely and accurate fashion What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent sales experience and 5+ years related experience in the medical device and / or neurovascular field;
  • Clinical background or strong sales skills and track record is ideal. Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills; ability to adapt to changing work priorities Effective interpersonal interactions, both within the commercial group and in accounts Above average reading, verbal, and written communications skills;

proficiency in business English and grammar; good arithmetic skills and attention to detail to maintain records and process reports Proficiency with PC-based office computers, including familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required Ability to work independently Ability to travel Proven product knowledge in business area Valid driver's license Employee Benefits include a stake in our collective success with stock options, competitive salaries, a 401k plan, health benefits, generous PTO, and a parental leave program.

Salary Range : $ 175,000 annually and eligible for variable commission. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
